Each session is it's own journey connecting mind, physical body, emotional body, energetic body, and soul. Imagine for a moment, being in a safe space. Warm and comfy. Allowing yourself to relax. To breath. To just be. Letting down the walls that keep you strong and allowing yourself to receive touch from someone who doesn't want anything from you. Allowing yourself to unravel and allowing anything stuck to come out. Imagine being guided through this journey by a man who has been trained and is dedicated to showing up for you. Finally, letting go, allowing all the things to be unleashed. You don't have to hold the weight of the world and for once, you can allow yourself to be held. The sessions are based on the clients needs, desires, and our set intentions for that container. These sessions can range from fierce rage and anger, to deep grief, inner child healing, and ecstatic bliss. Every session has a time for stillness, reflection, and integration at the end. Our most awakened self embodies a state of divine love. It is my purpose to walk beside you and guide you on this journey to wholeness. Angel is a life coach, sacred bodywork practitioner, and a facilitator of transformational workshops. He specializes in empowering people to live a life of purpose and freedom from a heart-centered space. He conducts one-on-one sessions and works with groups, always aiming to deeply connect with his clients to meet them where they are and illuminate new possibilities. He believes pleasure is everyone's birthright and designs experiences for people to explore this with innocent curiosity. He leads from a playful, loving and grounded way of being to create a space of trust and surrender in the conscious containers he makes. As his clients get in touch with and reclaim parts of themselves that may have been suppressed for ages, they are able to experience their higher potentials, rewrite old paradigms, and have the embodied realizations they need to break free from the barriers that hold them back. Angel is a graduate of International School of Temple Arts practitioner's training. He took part in Laurie Handlers’ first Sex and Happiness Journey cohort. He completed leadership through emotional intelligence programs in addition to student coaching in those programs. He continues to expand his learning in the areas of tantra, healing trauma, personal growth, massage, reiki energy healing, and the shamanic healing arts. His calling to guide others on their journey comes from years of working through his own trauma and conditioning. With this experience, he feels most aligned with his authentic self when he is in his passion of sharing the tools and wisdom he has gained over the years and supporting people on their journey to wholeness.
